The Structure of Sicoma Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer
Sep 03, 2020
Sicoma twin shaft concrete mixer is mainly made up of seven systems: mixing tank, mixing spindle, junction box, monitoring and alarm system, lubrication-sealing system, unloading system, and transmission system.
Mixing Tank
To protect the safety of personnel, there is a safety switch on the outer cover and an emergency stop switch on the side. The gap between the mixing blade and the cylinder liner should be 3~5mm.
Mixing shaft
There are two main shafts: square shaft or hexagonal shaft. The mixing arms of the tetragonal shafts are 90 degree betwen each other, and the hexagonal shafts are 60 degree between each other, which can be seen by opening the observation door of the machine.
Junction box
A strong current junction box and a weak current junction box are installed on the mixer.
Lubrication-seal system
The lubrication-seal of the shaft head of the mixer is the core issue of the machine, and the operation must be carefully performed in accordance with the operation manual. Under normal circumstances, the Sicoma concrete mixer can work for more than one year without the slurry leakage.
Discharging system
The opening and closing door of the discharging system is controlled by three switches. The three switches correspond to the three states of fully open, fully closed and half open of the discharge door. There is also a manual unloading method in an emergency abnormal state.
The Sicoma mixer is of reasonable design, easy operation and longer service life. As a big concrete mixer manufacturer and supplier in China, Haomei Machinery can provide you this twin shaft concrete mixer. Welcome to leave message below to inquire it.
