Mixing Unit
1. JS Series Twin-Shaft Mixer
The entire system is equipped with the JS series twin-shaft mixer as standard. The mainstream models are the JS500 (compatible with the YHZS30), JS750 (compatible with the YHZS50), and JS1000 (compatible with the YHZS60). Bidirectionally rotating blades create intense convection mixing, thoroughly blending sand, gravel, cement, and admixtures. Concrete homogeneity tolerance is ≤5%, meeting the C30-C50 strength grade requirements of Indonesia's SNI 03-2834-2000 Concrete Standard.
2. Drum Mixer
The mixing drum is constructed of 16Mn manganese steel, 8-10mm thick, with wear-resistant ribs welded to the inner wall. Mixing is achieved through gravity and friction generated by rotation. While its mixing uniformity is slightly inferior to that of a twin-shaft mainframe (with a homogeneity error of 8%-12%), it can meet the requirements of C15-C25 low-strength concrete (such as rural residential foundations and small road bases).
The mixing drum is easy to maintain; after discharging, simply flush the inner wall with water, and cleaning can be completed in less than 15 minutes. The wear-resistant reinforcement bars have a service life of over 5,000 hours, 40% longer than ordinary carbon steel, making it suitable for rural projects where professional maintenance personnel are scarce.
