It utilizes an integrated steel structure frame and integrates the complete batching system (aggregate silo, cement silo, fly ash silo), mixing system, control system, and finished product silo. Removal requires only a few components, such as the conveyor belt and screw conveyor, and can be transported on-site using its own traction device or trailer. Installation and commissioning can be completed within 12-24 hours of arrival.
2. YHZM mobile drum mixing plant
With a "horizontal drum mixer" as its core structure, it consists solely of a mixer drum, a small manual/semi-automatic batching hopper, and a diesel/electric power system. The system is lightweight (typically ≤10 tons) and can be towed directly to the site via a standard trailer without disassembly. It can be operational within 1-2 hours of arrival.
Capacity Configuration
Indonesia's mobile concrete batching plant capacity ranges from 15-60 m³/h. Two types correspond to specific capacity priorities. The choice should be based on the project schedule and total concrete demand:
15-30 m³/h: The core is the mobile drum batching plant. Indonesian rural housing is mostly two- or three-story, with a single project requiring 500-1000 m³ of concrete. This capacity can meet daily pouring needs of 50-80 m³, avoiding idle equipment.
30-60 m³/h: The core is the YHZS mobile concrete batching plant. Projects such as bridge construction and industrial park plant construction typically take 3-6 months to complete, with a total concrete demand of ≥50,000 m³. This production capacity is essential to ensure progress.
Mixing Unit
1. JS Series Twin-Shaft Mixer
The entire system is equipped with the JS series twin-shaft mixer as standard. The mainstream models are the JS500 (compatible with the YHZS30), JS750 (compatible with the YHZS50), and JS1000 (compatible with the YHZS60). Bidirectionally rotating blades create intense convection mixing, thoroughly blending sand, gravel, cement, and admixtures. Concrete homogeneity tolerance is ≤5%, meeting the C30-C50 strength grade requirements of Indonesia's SNI 03-2834-2000 Concrete Standard.
2. Drum Mixer
The mixing drum is constructed of 16Mn manganese steel, 8-10mm thick, with wear-resistant ribs welded to the inner wall. Mixing is achieved through gravity and friction generated by rotation. While its mixing uniformity is slightly inferior to that of a twin-shaft mainframe (with a homogeneity error of 8%-12%), it can meet the requirements of C15-C25 low-strength concrete (such as rural residential foundations and small road bases).
The mixing drum is easy to maintain; after discharging, simply flush the inner wall with water, and cleaning can be completed in less than 15 minutes. The wear-resistant reinforcement bars have a service life of over 5,000 hours, 40% longer than ordinary carbon steel, making it suitable for rural projects where professional maintenance personnel are scarce.
